| Does it cost to list an opening?
There is no fee unless we place a candidate with your company, then we charge a fee for placement. This fee is a percentage based on the starting salary. Our employer clients find that our fees are usually a fraction of the actual costs of hiring if they managed the process in-house, freeing their valuable time to concentrate on the management of their workforce and employment policies.
The use of a staffing agency can save you money, and time. Without a doubt, it is the best way to efficiently manage the process of hiring. We'll wade through the mountain of resumes; you'll spend your valuable time considering only the candidates that meet your qualifications.
