Janet L. Hannaway

After spending more than 25 years in legal administration in Central Ohio law firms, Janet moved into staffing services to offer her expertise and knowledge to businesses looking for assistance with the complicated task of finding top-notch employees to fill their support staff needs.

Janet is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Education.  Evaluation and training of employees has been an integral key in her business philosophy.  In addition, Janet took an active role in the marketing, mentoring, diversity and retention committees at her previous firms.

Janet was an active member on the board of directors of the Columbus Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators for five years before leaving law office administration and moving into staffing. Janet served on numerous committees in the over twelve years she was affiliated with ALA.  She is currently an Alumni Member of ALA.

Janet was elected to the board of directors  of the Ohio Search and  Staffing Association (OSSA) in 2009 and currently is the President-Elect and Director of Membership for 2010-2011 and looks forward to serving the staffing industry in that capacity.

Teresa Shuler  
Director, Staffing Services

Teresa has over 20 years experience in staffing and placement in a variety of areas—from light industrial to legal, Teresa has been very successful with local agencies.

Teresa has had much success in placements with local companies over the past 20 years. She previously worked as the Placement Director for the Columbus Bar Association.   Her clients are loyal and appreciate her keen ability to match top-quality candidates to what their company needs.

Teresa serves on the networking committee for the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio (HRACO).

Brice Schroeder 
Account Executive

Mr. Schroeder was employed by the Franklin County Board of  Developmental Disabilities as a Provisional Job Developer for the past two years.  He has also worked as an Outreach Worker at Directions for Youth and Families before joining Aspen Staffing Services, a local female-owned business.

Mr. Schroeder is a member of the Ohio Staffing & Search Association (OSSA) and the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio (HRACO).

Mr. Schroeder earned his B.S. degree in General Education from Bowling Green State University.  He is a married father of three and currently resides in North Columbus.
